Toto graduated tonight!! Woot! (or should I say, Woof!)
Is Toto on an IEP? You Mom said he had to take remedial classes. Come on, is that true? Is the little guy a little shy of some brain cells there Boo. I mean, he looks a little "slow" in this picture. You know, sorta, "dur".
